Cost
- Conference registration: $75.00 (includes lunch, catered breaks, and conference materials)
- Optional field trip: $35.00 (includes transportation to and from Asheville and a box lunch)
Deadline

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration on or before May 5th with a full refund less a $30 processing fee. After May 5th there will be no refunds. We reserve the right to cancel this program and in the event this occurs, registrants will be given a full refund.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference at a rate of $115 per night. When making your reservation, you should indicate you are with the Utilizing the Urban Forest Conference. A state rate is also available for North Carolina state employees. You will be required to show your state ID to receive the state rate.
